Meet Colleen

Midwest born, Colleen’s move from Ohio to Connecticut was, unquestionably, for family. It was family, as well, that sparked her interest in real estate from a very young age. This early introduction, through the family-owned real estate business, deepened her knowledge in various sectors, ranging from investment properties to resale. Further establishing her expertise, Colleen formed a boutique real estate firm catering to an exclusive clientele; and, later partnered with her husband, and colleagues, in major residential renovations, land development and new construction. With this combined experience and acquired foresight, she has served as advisor to builders/developers, city planners, investors, in addition to home sellers and buyers.

Fast forward to today, and it’s no wonder this uniquely honed course has served her clients well. In addition to her long-lasting success in the real estate industry, Colleen has a passion for helping others succeed. Naturally competitive, and, with the belief that systems are vital, research critical, and back-up plans required, she’s an expert negotiator with extreme patience and a strategic process. When Colleen is not selling real estate or active within the community, she can be found with her husband Terry and family in and around New Canaan and lower Fairfield County; shopping the boutiques, dining out, walking the nature trails; or, at home reading a good mystery and loving her pets. For the occasional, and much appreciated stress release, she’s in the white-waters of Colorado rafting, or, in the mountains hiking or biking.
